Cash on delivery (COD) is the way most orders in Egypt are paid: you receive your parcel first, and you pay when it reaches your hands. This guide explains how it works at outfit market and how to make sure everything goes smoothly.
1. How it works
- Choose your pieces and size. Use the size table on the product page.
- Place the order with your name, phone number and full address. A correct phone number matters, because the courier will call you.
- We ship the order. When it ships you receive a tracking number.
- You pay on delivery. Cash on delivery is available in every governorate in Egypt, and you can also pay by InstaPay.
2. Before you order
- Check the size. Most exchanges happen because of size. Compare your measurements with the table. Our size guide and the size finder can help.
- Check the fabric. The composition is written on the product page.
- Check the shipping details. Delivery time and fees depend on the governorate. Read the shipping policy before you order.
- Write your address carefully, including the building, floor and a landmark if there is one.
3. When the parcel arrives
- Keep your phone nearby and answer the courier's call.
- Check that the parcel is addressed to you and, if the courier allows it, that the items match your order before you pay.
- Keep the delivery message and the tracking number until you are sure everything is right.
4. If the size is wrong
You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition. Tell us the size you needed and we exchange it. The full details are in the returns policy.
