📦 Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing.

🚚 Shipping

Orders within Egypt are delivered within approximately 3–5 business days.

Shipping fee within Egypt is 85 EGP for all orders.

International shipping usually takes approximately 7–14 business days depending on the destination country.

International shipping fees are calculated based on the shipment weight (per kilogram) and destination country.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and unwashed
Original tags must remain attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
